Evaluating different metrics for inter-model comparison of urban-scale building energy simulation time series

چکیده
This article discusses different statistical methods to compare the predictions (in form of time series) urban-scale building energy models. It focuses on intermodel comparison without empirical measurements as a reference case. is thus suggested build series point-to-point mean average all models be compared (ensemble methods). Different metrics found in literature are then reviewed and tested simulation data from modelling common exercise (DESTEST project). Most those behave similarly. Finally, Python-based tool presented. uses three simple models: NMBE, CVRMSE hourly daily amplitudes.

Comparison of impact of climate change on building energy-saving design for two different climates; Metropolitans of Moscow and Tehran
In the present study, in order to monitor and project climate change impacts on model of the bioclimatic design, a comparative study was conducted between the Middle East and Eurasia as two different climates. This paper used the basic data from 1990 to 2010, and the CMIP5 climate models have been used to project the climate data (radiation, temperature, wind speed, and relative humidity) from ...
متن کاملsimulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Building a Comprehensive Conceptual Framework for Power Systems Resilience Metrics
Recently, the frequency and severity of natural and man-made disasters (extreme events), which have a high-impact low-frequency (HILF) property, are increased. These disasters can lead to extensive outages, damages, and costs in electric power systems. A power system must be built with “resilience” against disasters, which means its ability to withstand disasters efficiently while ensuring the ...
